Fund II Foundation is a national philanthropic organization focused on advancing equity, expanding opportunity and strengthening communities. The foundation supports transformative initiatives that empower Black and Brown communities through education, leadership development, wellness and innovation.
A central pillar of Fund II’s work is the BMHequity Project, a national initiative dedicated to improving Black maternal health outcomes and reshaping narratives around Black birth, family wellness and generational health.
Key Programs
BMHequity – Black Maternal Health Equity Project
Supports Black families before, during, and after birth, addressing disparities in maternal health through advocacy, storytelling, and systems-level change. These ladies gave an in depth discussion about their movement. Listen to part 1 of the interview!
