Funkfest 2024 marked its 25th anniversary with a celebration that drew a massive crowd on Day 2, reflecting the event’s enduring popularity. Headlined by Erykah Badu, the festival was a highlight for fans who were treated to her soulful, captivating performance. The atmosphere was electric, with everyone having a great time, especially when Atlanta legends took the stage, delivering performances that resonated deeply with the hometown audience. The blend of classic and contemporary funk, soul, and R&B by Erykah Badu, classic raps by Big Boi, Sleepy Brown, YoungBloodz and Goodie Mob made it a memorable event for all in attendance.
