1. What is your background before getting A&R Director?
– “My first start was being a Disc Jockey, then continuing on to become an A&R,
and transitioned into artist management and publishing.
2. What’s the Day-to-Day Responsibilities for your role?
– My job is to identify signers, songwriters, producers, artists, producers, and
partnerships. As the A&R Director I will be handling the negotiations, and
agreement executions, delivering local product insight, and analyzing new lines
of potential business.
3. What is your mission as you fill this role?
– “Fair play, for every play. Keeping songwriters, artists, and producers first.
4. What is the first thing you will be tackling as the new A&R Director?
– Education and elevating our community on music publishing is the top on the list!
