Dr. Jamal Harrison Bryant, the dynamic Senior Pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, hosted an empowering community event Project 555, which focuses on voter mobilization and political awareness. Known for his visionary leadership and activism, Dr. Bryant aimed to inspire and educate the community about the critical importance of participating in the upcoming November elections. The event emphasized the importance of voter turnout in the upcoming elections. Dr. Bryant encouraged attendees to exercise their voting rights and make their voices heard at the polls. We had a chance speak to Dr. Bryant and few of the guest speakers as they shared their ” stepping out on politics” initiatives with Hip Hop United’s own Algernon Billups
